Services Provided:
We provide services to not only Berrien County residents, but outlying areas as well, including Van Buren, Cass and Barry counties. For services outside of these areas, please contact our main office, Catholic Charities Diocese of Kalamazoo at (269) 381-9800.
Utility Assistance: We provide support for home heating (electric and gas) through the Michigan Energy Assistance Program (MEAP) from October thru April. Assistance is available by phone or appointments only: Monday 9:00am - 12:00pm and Thursday, 9:00am - 2:00pm. Tuesdays are walk-in days for utilities from 10:30am - 2:30pm.
Food Assistance: Beginning in November, the food pantry will be available every Thursday from 9:00am - 11:00am by appointment only. Recipients will be limited to 2 visits per month. Register by calling 211.
Ark Services for Youth are available for youth ages 10-21 upon request.
